Miso soup

On Saturday, October 16, I was planning to stay at home all day, so I made miso soup for lunch. The ingredients were tofu, leeks and a kind of seaweed called wakame. I used dried seaweed. There was an explanation on the bag that it will increase in size 10 times when reconstituted with water or hot water. I did not want to be full of seaweed, so I put in a small amount, but as a result, there wasn’t enough. Next time, I will add a little more.

I usually make two bowls of the soup at a time. I measured 300 ml of water and put it in a pan. While boiling the water, I put seaweed, chopped leeks and cut tofu in the water. Finally, I added an appropriate amount of liquid type miso to complete the process. It was easy to make and it was so delicious.
